REGISTRATION
Standard Hours: Arrive Monday July 13th between 7am - 12pm; depart Saturday afternoon July 18th after farewell concert.
Overnight campers stay onsite 24 hours.
Day campers, those who stay onsite from 7:30am - 6:30pm, will have "EARLY" drop-off beginning as early as 6:30am.
You may sign up for early drop-off and late pick up (before 7:30am and after 6:30pm) for an additional $5.00 per day per child
(This is due along with full tuition balance).
Check-In & On-site Registration begins Monday from 7:00am – 12:00 noon for both over-night and day campers alike.
Rates & Discounts: Space is still available for summer 2009
• Over-night campers - $200.00 per child.
Price includes lodging, all meals (three meals per day), games, and workshop materials.
• Day Campers - $150.00 per child.
Price includes all meals (three meals per day), games, and workshop materials.
Day campers MUST be picked up after dinner and before 7pm.
• 10% Discounts available for large groups of 20 or more!

Tuition & Fees: This must be included with your registration forms and is non-refundable.
FULL TUITION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JULY 6th, 2009 UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CAMP DIRECTOR.
T-shirts and/or additional crafts may be available for purchase.
Snacks & Meals The cost of all meals is included in your tuition.
Three nutritious meals are served daily.
Every effort is made to prepare meals which are enjoyable and provide the necessary diet for active children.
Each year Soul Food 2K9 partners with local restaurants such as Lumpton’s Café, Outback Steak House, La Teresita Latin Café, Macaroni Grill, and others to bring your child exciting and nutritious meals.
Our Camp Store is open each afternoon and evening campers may enjoy a snack and drink for an additional cost.
Lots of drinking water and Gatorade, or PowerAde, are available as needed, and Campers are required to drink water throughout the day.
Water bottles are provided and carried by everyone at all times.
Admission:
The camp is limited to ages 7 years to 18 years.
Each Camper is expected to conform to the rules and regulations of camp and to show a spirit of loyalty and cooperation with the camp authorities.
Profanity is prohibited. THE USE OF WEAPONS, ALCOHOL, NON –PRESCRIPTION DRUGS OR TOBACCO IN ANY FORM IS NOT PERMITTED AT SOUL FOOD 2K9.
The director may dismiss any person who violates these rules. In fact, they have “made the choice to go home” if they violate this policy. The director reserves the right to dismiss any person or reject any application at any time if she feels it is in the best interest of the camp to do so. In the event of dismissal or withdrawal because of homesickness, misconduct, or any other cause, there will be no refund of the camp fee. In the event of withdrawal because of illness requiring the attention of a physician, one-half of the unused camp fees for the unexpired portion of the term will be refunded.

• Breakfast: 7.30am – 8.00am (Kitchen closes exactly at 8.00 am)
• Lunch: 12.00pm – 1.00am
• Dinner: 6.00pm – 6.30pm
• Chapel General Sessions: 8.30am – 9.30am
• Check-in & Registration: Monday 7.00am – 12.00pm
• Early drop-off: begins 7.00am
• On-time pick-up: 6.30pm
• Late pick-up: 6.45pm ($5.00 per child per day)
• Outreach: 3.00pm – 5.30pm (campers go off-site Tues. – Fri.)
